This page should answer any questions you might have about how you are billed for the Asia Yellow Web, Banner and Virtual Servers Hosting Packages. (Web Plus/Lite/Biz/Adv/Pro/Pre) |

- Orders taken between Monday and Friday take 1-2 working days to process.
- All accounts are activated for a minimum 3 months period.
- All accounts are billed in 3/6/12 monthly cycles
- Termination of service must be submitted with 30 days prior notice.
- All servers will terminate on the last day of the month. If the two weeks notice is not sufficient to cover the current month, your account will be terminated at the following month.
- If you terminate before your next billing cycle, you will be refunded the remaining months of your pre-paid bill. (* This does not apply to packages billed in yearly terms *)
- A USD 10 administrative fee plus any postage & bank charges is payable to World Net Visions (M) Sdn. Bhd. for any refunds made out.
- All refunds will be made out by normal mail via cheques/checks.
- Once your order has been processed, your accounts configuration information will be sent to you via E-mail.
- You will be billed via email (International clients) or normal mail (local clients).
- You are expected to make payment on time. Failure to do so will result in immediate server termination. A reactivation fee of USD 15 applies.
- If you're register a domain name Pls view http://www.worldnetvisions.com.my, please be aware that InterNIC (or your local NIC) will bill you separately for your name. InterNIC currently charges are USD 70 for the first two years of use and USD 35 yearly thereafter. MYNIC(Malaysia NIC) charges USD 25 yearly.
- Billing dates will commence upon activation of passwords. Your first month would be pro-rated as we bill by the calendar month.
- All prices are subjected to change. New prices will be updated in our website.
- Note : If you change the configuration on your server in such way that it no longer works, we will fix it for you at USD 20/hour. (minimum 1 hour)
