Terms and Conditions for Internet Advertising in Yellow Web Banner and/or Web Hosting  
 
 
  1. Acceptance of Offer  
     
  It is mutually understood that the application requesting for the advertising herein constitues a binding acceptance by the Applicant and/or the signatory of the offer by World Net Visions (M) Sdn. Bhd. as the publisher of WORLD NET and Web Server or its authorised agents to publish the advertisment so placed herein on the terms stated herein.  
     
  2. Duration  
     
  All listing orders placed are for a period of one year.  
     
  3. Payment  
     
  The signatory undertakes that he or she has full authority to contact for this advertising listing and further gurantees full payment of amount shown promptly when due. The listing has to be paid annually in advance. A deposit is to be paid when this contract of acceptance of offer is signed and the balance amount before the advertisement is online.  
     
  4. Termination  
     
  By the Applicant :  
  The Applicant may withdraw his/her advertisement anytime by giving one week notice. However, there will be no refund for all dollars paid for the advertisement.  
  By World Net Visions (M) Sdn. Bhd.  
  World Net Visions (M) Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to terminate the agreement with the Applicant at any time and is not bound to give any reasons whatsoever. In the event of termination, World Net Visions (M) Sdn. Bhd. shall refund pro-rated subscription (minus the set-up & administration fee) to the Applicant for the remaining period of the agreement.  
     
  5. Applicant Responsibility  
     
  The Applicant shall throughout the duration of the agreement :  
     
 
  1. Promptly pay all amount due to World Net Visions (M) Sdn. Bhd.
  2. Promptly inform World Net Visions (M) Sdn. Bhd. in the event of any changes to the Applicant's name, postal address, and any other information to the Services as the case may be.
  3. Ensure their information published shall not be used for any illegal or unlawful purposes such as gambling, vice, etc.
  4. Ensure not to store or desseminate or obscene or pornographic material of a threatening or slanderous nature.
  5. Solely responsible for the content of their information to be publish with World Net Visions (M) Sdn. Bhd.
     
  6. World Net Visions (M) Sdn. Bhd. Rights and Non-liability  
     
  World Net Visions (M) Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to accept, reject and edit the Applicant information on grounds of national interest, public safety or for any other reasons. On the event World Net Visions (M) Sdn. Bhd. exercises its rights to suspend or terminate the Applicant for the aforesaid reason(s). World Net Visions (M) Sdn. Bhd. shall not be liable to the Applicant for any loss or damages which the Applicant for any loss or damages which the Applicant may sustain from suspenison or termination of Service. World Net Visions (M) Sdn. Bhd. shall not be liable :  
     
 
  1. To the Applicant or any third party claiming from or through the Applicant for any damages or losses caused by the Service, or loss or interruption of the Service.
  2. For all claims to be libel, slander or infringement of copyright arising from the material transmitted or received in connection with the Service. In the event of such claims, the Applicant shall indemnify World Net Visions (M) Sdn Bhd in full respect of such claims.
  3. For any damages that may be suffered by the Applicant, including loss of data resulting from delays, non-deliveries or service interruptions by any cause or errors or omissions of the Applicant.
  
     
  7. Copy and Proof  
     
  World Net Visions (M) Sdn Bhd agrees to exercise reasonable care that the copy and listings are correctly listed. Proof of advertising copy will be shown to the Applicant only when the Applicant specifically requests in writing that proof be shown.  
     
  If proof is mailed to an Applicant and said proof is not returned by the Applicant within the time set forth on the proof sheet it is mutually understood and agreed that said proof shall be assumed correct. It is further mutually understood and agreed that advertising copy furnished must be acceptable to World Net Visions (M) Sdn Bhd and that no specific position is guaranteed for advertising. In case copy material (artwork) is supplied by the advertiser, this copy material must reach the publisher in good time before publication or online listing. Should this copy material not arrive in time the publisher reserves the rights to list the advertisers details as per instructions given on the order form.  
     
  8. Variation  
     
  World Net Visions (M) Sdn Bhd reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions herein contained and /or the Specific Terms and Conditions at any time and the Applicant shall be bound by the terms and conditions so amended. Notice of amendment may be given by World Net Visions (M) Sdn Bhd to Applicant in such manner as World Net Visions (M) Sdn Bhd deems proper.  
     
  9. Error and Ommisions  
     
  The liability shall be limited to a pro rata abatement on the total amount payable thereunder to the extend that an error or ommision affects the entire advertisement or listing provided all such error/ommision is brought to the attention of the publisher in writing within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the on-line directories, failing which listings will be deems to be correct.  
     
  10. Acknowledgement  
  The Applicant hereby acknowledges and declares that no promise representative warranty or undertaking whether oral or in writing has been given by or behalf of World Net Visions (M) Sdn Bhd otherwise than in the application herein contained.
